Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how General Informatics LLC, doing business as Contractor Growth Lab (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit contractorgrowthlab.com (the “Site”), contact us, or use our services. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
Who we are
Contractor Growth Lab builds websites and front-desk automation (missed-call text-back, an AI receptionist, and online scheduling) for home-services contractors. We are operated by General Informatics LLC. You can reach us at hello@contractorgrowthlab.com or by mail at 601 E Charleston Blvd, Suite 100, Las Vegas, NV 89104.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a contact or free-scan form, request a demo, or book a call, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, and any message you send. If you become a paying customer, we also collect the information needed to deliver and support your services.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own security standards and privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) that do not use tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles. Our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. When you open a demo or offer page we prepared for you, we record basic engagement events (for example, that the page was viewed) so we can follow up appropriately.
Business information from public sources
We prepare free demo website concepts for contractors using business information that is publicly available (for example, a company name, trade, town, phone number, and public website). If we have prepared a demo for your business and you would prefer we did not, email hello@contractorgrowthlab.com and we will remove it promptly.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To build, host, and show you website demos and proposals.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services.
- To send you service messages and limited commercial email about our services (see “Email and outreach” below).
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business — including website hosting and our database (Vercel, Neon), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), scheduling (Cal.com), and analytics (Plausible) — who may process information on our behalf.
- Authorities or others when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
- A successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Email and outreach
We may send commercial email to businesses using publicly available contact information. Every such email identifies us, includes our mailing address, and offers a way to opt out. To stop receiving email from us, use the unsubscribe link in any message, visit our unsubscribe page, or reply asking to be removed. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
Cookies
We keep cookie use to a minimum and do not use third-party advertising cookies. Our analytics provider is cookieless. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies; the Site will still work.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, then delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California and other U.S. state privacy laws. To exercise any of these, email hello@contractorgrowthlab.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
